Although there are different coaching tracks available for Executive, Leadership, or Psychological Performance Coaching, the overall process remains the same.

 

The coaching journey begins with a discovery session that lasts for an hour. During this meeting, we will get to know each other better and discuss your goals and expectations. Once we establish mutual comfort and readiness to proceed, we will schedule 30-minute sessions every 10 days. These sessions can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via Zoom - whatever works best for you.

 

Coaching engagements typically range from 3 to 18 months, depending on individual needs. Pricing for coaching services varies depending on the engagement period.
