Meet Your Head Coach
Robert Hedequist is an Executive, Leadership, and Psychological Performance Coach. Robert has a passion for serving others and the ability to drill into the core of issues and work with individuals and teams to discover optimal strategies to affect lasting change.
He holds certification from the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. Additionally, he holds a Certificate as a Master Coach, in Leadership Coaching, from the Neuro Strategic Coaching Institute, where he mentors new coaches. He has also received certifications as a Master NLP Practitioner, Master Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist, and Master NLP Coach. He is certified as a MindSonar Professional, DiSC Facilitator and Certified to Deliver Coaching, Facilitation, and Training using The Legacy Leadership® Model.
During a 34-year career in leadership, management, and executive roles, Robert participated as a member of and led many high performing teams. He has quantifiable and successful experience in driving performance, sales, marketing, strategy, and operations. He has served as a Board member as well as President and COO of an emerging Biotechnology Company.
Robert is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California where he was a collegiate athlete, Graduate Assistant Coach, and a member of the 1980 Pac-Ten Championship and Rose Bowl team.
He honorably served with the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, Reconnaissance Officer, and Commanding Officer.
He currently resides in Seattle, WA with his family. Robert has a passion for fitness, is an avid long-distance runner, grill master, candlemaker, and a love for new and innovative technology.
